Youth Program Manager Position Available

The Youth Program Manager is a 30 hr/week, year round, permanent position, providing management and on the ground program leadership for After School @ ICG and school break camps, with general support to all ICG youth programs, including summer camp. This position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Education Director.  

The Youth Program Manager will supervise day-to-day operations of After School @ ICG including active engagement and supervision of children, leadership and supervision of program staff, program planning, and communication with program families. The successful candidate will support the quality, impact, and growth of ICG’s youth programs and champion ICG’s mission and vision.

Compensation for this position starts at $18.00/hr based on 30 hours per week. Benefits include paid time off and other limited benefits. This position starts in June 2021 with ICG’s summer camp program.
